The 12th consecutive Chicago Serbian Film Fest will be dedicated to a great anniversary - 850 years since the birth of Saint Sava, so accordingly, this year's festival will be accompanied by the slogan: "CENTURIES ON THE SCREEN, WITH FAITH, THROUGH TIME"

This year’s festival will be held on the first weekend in December (Dec 5-7) in two auditoriums of the renowned “AMC DINE-IN 12” cinema, in Rosemont. The honor to open the 12th Chicago Serbian film festival will have the bard of the Serbian theater and film, actor Nebojsa Dugalic. As part of the festival programme, Mr Dugalic will perform a monodrama based on the text of St. Bishop Nikolaj Velimirović. A significant number of feature films, shorts, and documentaries will be screened, emphasising our faith throughout the centuries and time. A highlight of this segment of the festival will be a spiritual film by Emir Kusturica and Jovan Marković, "PEOPLE OF CHRIST - OUR TIME"
